Next Level TRA Coaching Assessment for Emily & Holly!

Congratulations to CETC coaches, Emily & Holly, who completed their assessments & passed their next level TRA coaching course in Dundee today!
Thanks also to their selected gymnasts for the day- Ruby-Mae, Skye & Jude, for helping out the coaches at their assessments.

Holly Selected for GBR Team at World Age Group Competitions!!

CETC FIG DMT gymnast Holly Allfrey, has been selected to represent GBR at the World Age Group Competitions 2025! The event takes place in Pamplona, Spain from 13th – 16th November.
Holly- who is the current Scottish Gymnastics 17-21 DMT Champion, recently also won the 17-21 Womens DMT British Age Group Finals, finishing in a fantastic 4th place in the Senior Womens Final.
This is Holly’s first call up for GBR at an International event - & well-deserved - after lots of hard work & determination, resulting in another very successful season.
The Age Group competitions follow on from the senior World TRA, DMT & TUM Championships, which also takes place in Pamplona, Spain this week (6th– 9th November)
Well Done Holly! Good Luck to you - & all the other GBR gymnasts at Worlds & World Age – with a special shout out to the other Scottish TRA & DMT gymnasts also selected!

It’s 4th Place for Holly at British Championships!

CETC FIG gymnast Holly Allfrey secured 4th place in the Senior Women DMT Final at the British Championships 2025!
A fantastic qualification round at the British Age Group Finals, which took place in Telford at the weekend (3rd Oct)- saw Holly win Gold- & the Age Group Championship title in the Womens 17-21 DMT event.
This event was followed on the Sunday (5th) by the British Championships for TRA, DMT, SYN & TUM, allowing the top 8 in each of the 17-21 & Senior Women categories, to compete together for placings in the Championships.

Holly then qualified for the ‘semi-final’ top 8 DMT gymnasts, going on to secure a space in the Final 4, finishing just outside the Championship medals in 4th place.
Holly’s training has been fully focused on her goals this season, & this achievement topped off her recent win at the Scottish National Championships in Dundee, where she won the Championship title in the DMT 17-21 Women DMT category.
Brilliant results- Well Done Holly !!!

TRA, DMT & SYN Age Group Finals & British Championships 2025

The 2025 British Age Group Finals for Trampoline, DMT & Tumbling, will take place on Saturday 4th October in Telford.
CETC’s FIG DMT gymnast Holly, will compete in the event on Saturday, with the hope of qualifying for the British Championships which are held the following day.
Holly will compete in the Womens FIG 17-21 category- having recently won the Scottish National Championship Title in the same category.

Great results for CETC at Nationals 2025!

Selected CETC gymnasts took part in the Scottish National Trampoline, DMT & Synchro Championships on Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st September, held at the Regional Performance Centre, Dundee.
14 Trampoline, 7 DMT  gymnasts and 3 synchro pairs from the Club, qualified for the event from competitions held throughout the year. CETC gymnasts had some great results, including securing 6 Scottish National Championship titles.
Archie secured Nationals titles in both trampoline & DMT (Level 4 13-14) for the 3rd year running, with team – mate Ollie gaining his first Nationals title in trampoline (Level 2 13-14). DMT FIG gymnast Holly, won the Nationals title in the 17-21 F category, & also won silver in the trampoline Level 4 17+ F.
Other CETC trampoline medal winners were Harry (Level 1 9-10 M) bronze, and Mya (Level 2 13-14 F) bronze.
CETC also had 2 pairs of medal winners in Synchro- Skye & Ruby-Mae, who won the Nationals title in the Tartan U17 category, & Holly & Adam who won bronze in the Saltire 17+ category.
Well done to all our CETC gymnasts who qualified for Scottish National Championships this year!
