Well Done to CETC DMT & TRA gymnasts Crawford (TRA) Emma & Dylan (DMT) who competed in the British NDP Trampoline, DMT & Tumbling Finals 2019, which took place from 12th - 14th July in the West Midlands.
All gymnasts completed their passes & routines- doing themselves & the Club proud!
Congratulations to Emma who took the silver podium position in the British NDP Finals for DMT NDP5 9-12 girs & to Dylan who finished 5th in the same event for the boys!!
Massive well done also to Crawford who finished 6th in TRA NDP4 9-10 boys- with all gymnasts competing in very tough groups!
Thanks to coaches Kirsty & Lucy who supervised & coached the youngsters over the weekend- & to the parents - who travelled to the event with the gymnasts.

CETC DMT GB Squad gymnasts, Caitlin & Ciara were selected to represent GB at the Scalabis Cup 2019 in Santarem, Portugal from 4th- 6th July.
Two completed passes for Ciara resulted in her placing 9th. Although a well - executed first pass for Caitlin, things didn't quite go to plan with her second pass, placing 15th overall.
Huge thanks to Fundraising Coordinator Lesley Borthwick, who organised a Race Night & disco social event for all Club members, family & friends. The event was held at Newtongrange Star FC Social Club on Friday 14th June.
The night was a great success, with a very impressive amount raised for Club funds from Race & horse sponsors, bets, raffle tickets, & roll the coin. A great night was had by all who attended - thanks to everyone who supported the event.
CONGRATULATIONS to the Scotland DMT Team - who won the Regional Team Finals trophy for the fourth consecutive year!
The competition took place on 8th & 9th June in Birmingham, and CETC had 7 gymnasts selected to represent Scotland for DMT & 4 for trampolining. GB Junior National DMT Coach Lauren Jeffrey & senior Club coach Lauren Millar were both selected as coaches for the Scotland DMT team.
13 different Regions throughout Great Britain took part, with 78 Scottish Trampolining, DMT & Tumbling gymnasts selected for Team Scotland.
Scotland had all-round success at the event - winning the DMT trophy, with the Tumbling Team in 2nd place, & Trampolining in 7th. Well done Scotland!!!
